Before joining Salin Bank’s team, Johanna honed her customer service skills and abilities as a Customer Service Manager at Fifth Third Bank starting in 2006.Her tenure at Fifth Third and the professional work experience gained at other organizations have given Johanna keen insight into building an unparalleled customer service platform. Indeed, Johanna’s work motto is this: Providing superior experience to customers and doing right by the people you serve should be the rule, not the exception.

Johanna holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Ball State University.
