Salin Bank & Trust Company Announces Appointment of Jane A. Richardson

Richardson to Serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Administration Officer
Indianapolis, Indiana – Family-owned and Indiana-based Salin Bank & Trust Company today announced the appointment of Jane A. Richardson as Senior Vice President, Chief Administration Officer.

She also brings an extensive professional background in human resources management and employment law, along with critically important leadership and team development skills.”

Richardson most recently served as Vice President, Client Solutions and Consultant with Career Consultants LLC from 2013 – 2016, where she provided human resource, career transition and leadership development services.  Prior to her role at Career Consultants LLC, Richardson held the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility Officer at St. Vincent Heart Center from 2004 - 2013.  While serving at St. Vincent Heart Center, Richardson managed strategic, operational and budget accountability for all aspects of human resources, corporate compliance, and ancillary services.

She also has been responsible in previous leadership roles for cultivating workplace environments with an emphasis on employee enrichment, employee engagement, and a positive leadership culture.

Richardson received her Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction degree in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indiana University, Indianapolis.

In her new role with Salin Bank, Richardson will be responsible for all functions of the bank’s human resources management, marketing, and corporate training.
