William N. Salin II E-mail: bill.salin@salin.com Bill provides strategic and financial leadership for the entire Salin Bank organization. While Bill’s home and office are in Indianapolis, he travels the state visiting with clients and employees. Bill has built his entire career in banking, with progressive responsibilities in leadership roles within banks from Columbus to Lafayette and Fort Wayne to Indianapolis. He is actively involved with Salin Bank’s clients, which keeps him abreast of the real-world challenges and opportunities of today’s business owners. Outside of his duties at Salin, Bill serves on the CICOA Foundation Board of Trustees and is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.
Alvin T. (Kit) Stolen III E-mail: k.stolen@salin.com Further strengthening Salin Bank’s mission to continually improve responsiveness and relevance to the bank’s clients throughout the state, Kit Stolen sets direction for all lines of business. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Kit leverages client perspective and outstanding team leadership to build systems, technologies, products and services. He brings to Salin a total of 30 years of bank management experience, the last 14 years serving as President and CEO at two regional banking organizations. Kit and his family make their home in Fishers, Indiana. He is a graduate of Indiana University. His commitment to local civic and community affairs is extensive. He serves as chairman of the board at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana and serves on the Finance Committee for the St. Vincent Health System. He formerly was a board member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the Indianapolis Zoo and Indiana Sports Corporation, along with other organizations. Ray has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His extensive financial knowledge is based on regulatory work with government agencies and senior positions with Indiana financial institutions.
A Certified Public Accountant and Noblesville, Indiana resident, Ray achieved his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana Society of CPAs.
In his financial leadership role, Ray concentrates his efforts primarily on the Bank’s financial position and risk management.
Tim Hogan E-mail: t.hogan@salin.com Tim leads Salin Bank’s Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Retail Operations, Proof and Mail Operations, Information Technology, and Mortgage Banking lines of business across the state of Indiana. Tim also manages the Salin Bank Customer Service Department and Call Center. Tim’s broad leadership experience in banking ranges from sales management to systems and operations. Prior to joining Salin Bank, Tim spent many years working in sales and operational leadership roles with a large national bank. Tim holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Michigan.
Michael Sorrells E-mail: m.sorrells@salin.com Mike provides leadership for Salin’s Commercial Banking, Private Banking and Treasury Management services. Mike has in depth experience in middle market corporate banking and commercial banking management. He previously served in market president roles for two banks in Indiana. Mike has been the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in leadership and sales in the banking industry.
Mike has served in numerous community involvement capacities on several boards including the Columbus Economic Development Board, Franklin County Economic Development Board, Shelbyville Economic Development Corporation, and Jackson County Industrial Development Corporation.
Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor degree in Finance from Ball State University.
Stephen Farrell E-mail: s.farrell@salin.com As Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Steve is responsible for all loan underwriting and the credit quality of the bank’s loan portfolio. Other responsibilities include Consumer Collections, Special Assets, and Loan Review. Robin Walker, SPHR E-mail: r.walker@salin.com Robin brings over 18 years of Human Resources leadership in banking. At Salin Bank, Robin provides business strategies and operational priorities to the Retail Banking, Human Resources and Training teams that serve the employment needs of crewmembers across the state of Indiana. Areas of concentration include change management, talent management, workforce diversity, leadership coaching, performance management, compensation planning, and benefits administration. Other responsibilities include Marketing, Facilities, and Security.
Robin is actively involved in the United Way of Central Indiana; the HR Committee for the Indiana Banker’s Association, the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Robin holds a degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
