Steve provides brokerage and investment services, comprehensive retirement and financial planning, and trust administration for clients in Fort Wayne and surrounding counties. He works closely with individuals, families and corporations to design a comprehensive plan tailored to meet their goals and expectations.

When he’s not advising his clients, Steve volunteers his time as part of the Financial Planning Association. Although he has an obvious knack for numbers, Steve is also musically inclined as a member of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and Heartland Chamber Chorale.

Steve has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Ball State University. He also graduated from the College for Financial Planning and holds a variety of specialized certifications, including: Series 7, Series 63, CFS (Certified Fund Specialist), and CFP (Certified Financial Planner). Steve is currently pursuing his CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation.

Theresa brings her experience and insight to her Salin clients as she helps them maximize their investments while minimizing tax implications primarily through institutional trusts, retirement services, and custodial accounts. Theresa joined the Salin Bank team after 24 years with a large national bank, where she handled both personal and institutional accounts within the Investment Management Group.

Outside the office, Theresa is an active member of the Indianapolis Rotary Club.

Theresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Catherine Borkowski

Catherine Borkowski is Vice President and Trust Officer of Salin Bank & Trust Company. She was a former tax attorney for the Indiana Department of Revenue, Inheritance Tax Division. Ms. Borkowski has served as pro tem judge for the Marion County Superior Court, Lawrence Township Division. She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations, Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, and the Indiana Bankers Association, where she serves on a special task force to review proposed state legislation for trust and probate statutes.

Ms. Borkowski received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from Indiana University. Kate actively volunteers with many organizations including Crestview Elementary School, Indiana State Police Camp, Riley Children's Hospital, Special Olympics and the United Way. She has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Castleton since 1992.

Thomas Lannan

Tom is an experienced mortgage professional who is responsible for leading Salin Bank’s mortgage team, including lenders and support staff.

He has a depth of experience in sales, sales training, and sales management, having previously worked for several large regional and national banks and mortgage companies.  He earned his BA from Butler University.

Kelley leads the Private Banking team for Salin Bank & Trust Company. Kelley also directly supports Private Banking clients in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She works with her team to provide innovative, competitive products that meet the demands of existing and prospective high net-worth clients. She also helps coordinate the development of new products and acts as a liaison between the bank and private banking clients to ensure the best service and solutions possible. Prior to joining the Salin team, Kelley worked for a large national bank as both a Manager and Sales Manager.

Outside of the office, Kelley readily shares her time and talents with the Zionsville Rotary Club and the Zionsville Relay for Life.

Kelley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).

Erica assists the high-net-worth clients in Indianapolis with all of their personal banking needs.  She works as a liaison for her clients reaching across all departments of the bank to meet the various needs of her clients. 

Erica strives to provide the most outstanding customer service to her existing clientele while working to increase lending and deposit growth in the Indianapolis region.

Erica holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Grand Valley State University.

Kristy is active on the Fort Wayne Chamber Ambassador's Committee.

Kristy is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  She holds both a license for Property and Casualty Insurance and Health and Life Insurance.
