Bob Baker is responsible for providing leadership to Salin Bank’s operations in the Fort Wayne and Allen County region to ensure that all customers have access to the best banking products, competitive rates, and personal service that can only be found at an independent, family owned bank like Salin.

As a Community President of a community bank, Bob believes in staying active in the community through his service to various organizations, including Lion’s Club and the American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana.

Bob holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Ferris State University.

As Community President, Linda provides local leadership to Salin Bank in Columbus and the surrounding counties. She is an experienced and knowledgeable lender and business advisor, serving as a valuable resource to both her clients and the Columbus community. She champions the highest level of service for new and existing clients. Linda also works to ensure that Salin and its crewmembers remain active members of the community through the giving of their time and talents.

When she’s not representing the bank in and around the community, Linda is personally involved with the Rotary Club, the Economic Development Board, and the Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County as well as Salin Bank’s own Salin Bank Popfest^sm.

Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Joe is a 30+ year veteran of the banking industry and is well experienced in commercial banking, operations and management.  After beginning his banking career in retail and commercial lending, he served in leadership roles for four banks in Indianapolis and Michigan. Joe has also served in senior management positions with private and public companies.

The Howarth family name is well known within banking in the Lafayette community and contiguous county markets with over sixty years of service.

Joe graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He serves on the Family Selection Committee of Habitat for Humanity.

Bob provides leadership for Salin Bank’s operations in Kokomo and the surrounding counties. He also supports Salin Bank clients with a special emphasis on establishing and managing business lending and deposit relationships. He works closely with his team to provide local customers with responsive service, business expertise, and cutting-edge product offerings from across the organization. Prior to joining Salin in 1991, Bob worked as Vice President for a large regional bank.

An extremely active member of the community, Bob has served as a board member and volunteer for a variety of organizations, including the Howard Regional Health System Foundation, the Kokomo/Howard County Development Corporation, the Kokomo Downtown Association, as well as the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

He has a degree in Finance from Indiana University, Kokomo, and is a graduate of the American Bankers’ Association Real Estate Lending School.

Michelle Cox

Michelle supports clients and prospects in Logansport, Lafayette, Kokomo and surrounding counties. She assists farmers and other businesses with a variety of banking services, primarily credit and leasing. Additionally, Michelle is responsible for complete processing of agricultural loan packages, from application to closing, including detailed financial analysis, equipment and farm real estate valuations.

Michelle volunteers for numerous local organizations, including the Flora Rotary Club, the Flora Community Club, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and the Carroll County YMCA among many others.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Purdue University.

Doug is responsible for serving the loan and deposit needs for existing and new business customers in Lafayette and Tippecanoe Counties. In addition to managing his current loan portfolio, Doug works to develop new business relationships in the community. He also assists in serving the financial, investment, and trust needs of customers as well, by referral to other professionals within the bank that can service those needs. Before joining Salin in 1989, Doug worked as both a Vice President and a manager of several community banks in Indiana and Iowa.

In his extra time, Doug is active with Habitat for Humanity and the Boy Scouts of America.

Doug has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.

Timothy Schlichte

Tim is responsible for managing his current commercial loan portfolio while developing new business relationships. His primary areas of focus include real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and family-owned businesses. He is also responsible for managing Salin’s Business Lending team in Indianapolis.

Outside the banking center, Tim keeps active in his community, serving various organizations including Meals on Wheels, The Penrod Society, and Noblesville Youth Baseball.

Before joining the Salin team in 2005, Brad served as a Vice President of Investment Real Estate and Vice President of Commercial Lending for two large regional banks.

Outside the office, Brad is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Jeff’s responsibilities include managing existing business loans and developing new business relationships through lending and cash management solutions. A substantial concentration of his work is in the financing of commercial real estate. Previous to his career with Salin, Jeff gained twenty one years of experience with a large, national bank, where he served as Senior Lending Officer, a Senior Vice President, and finally as Regional President during his tenure.

In his spare time, Jeff is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Kokomo, the Community Foundation of Howard County, and the Kokomo Revolving Loan Fund.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University where he concentrated in Pre-Law. In addition, he has a degree from the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin.

Kelley leads the Private Banking team for Salin Bank & Trust Company. Kelley also directly supports Private Banking clients in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She works with her team to provide innovative, competitive products that meet the demands of existing and prospective high net-worth clients. She also helps coordinate the development of new products and acts as a liaison between the bank and private banking clients to ensure the best service and solutions possible. Prior to joining the Salin team, Kelley worked for a large national bank as both a Manager and Sales Manager.

Outside of the office, Kelley readily shares her time and talents with the Zionsville Rotary Club and the Zionsville Relay for Life.
