Linda Behrman

As Community President, Linda provides local leadership to Salin Bank in Columbus and the surrounding counties. She is an experienced and knowledgeable lender and business advisor, serving as a valuable resource to both her clients and the Columbus community. She champions the highest level of service for new and existing clients. Linda also works to ensure that Salin and its crewmembers remain active members of the community through the giving of their time and talents.
When she’s not representing the bank in and around the community, Linda is personally involved with the Rotary Club, the Economic Development Board, and the Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County as well as Salin Bank’s own Salin Bank Popfestsm.
Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Joe is a 30+ year veteran of the banking industry and is well experienced in commercial banking, operations and management. After beginning his banking career in retail and commercial lending, he served in leadership roles for four banks in Indianapolis and Michigan. Joe has also served in senior management positions with private and public companies.
The Howarth family name is well known within banking in the Lafayette community and contiguous county markets with over sixty years of service.
Joe graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He serves on the Family Selection Committee of Habitat for Humanity.

Bob provides leadership for Salin Bank’s operations in Kokomo and the surrounding counties. He also supports Salin Bank clients with a special emphasis on establishing and managing business lending and deposit relationships. He works closely with his team to provide local customers with responsive service, business expertise, and cutting-edge product offerings from across the organization. Prior to joining Salin in 1991, Bob worked as Vice President for a large regional bank.
An extremely active member of the community, Bob has served as a board member and volunteer for a variety of organizations, including the Howard Regional Health System Foundation, the Kokomo/Howard County Development Corporation, the Kokomo Downtown Association, as well as the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.
He has a degree in Finance from Indiana University, Kokomo, and is a graduate of the American Bankers’ Association Real Estate Lending School.

When Terrill is not representing the bank in and around the community, he is personally involved with Junior Achievement, United Way, and RMA.
Terrill holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ball State University. He obtained his Series 6, 64, and Indiana Insurance licenses.

Michelle supports clients and prospects in Logansport and Carroll County. She assists businesses and farmers with a variety of banking services, primarily credit and leasing. She works closely with her team members to provide local customer service and strong business expertise.
Michelle volunteers for numerous local organizations, including the Flora Rotary Club, the Flora Community Club, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and the Carroll County YMCA among many others.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Purdue University.
Tim Miller

Tim Miller has more than a dozen years of commercial banking experience—most recently at National City Bank, where he was a senior vice president, middle-market relationship manager. He served as group leader in Fort Wayne and was responsible for supporting more than 40 middle market clients with more than $100 million in loans.
Tim received his undergraduate degree in finance at Wittenberg University (Springfield, Ohio) and received a Masters of Business Administration from Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, Michigan) where he graduated Cum Laude.
His community involvement includes work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana and the Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association.
Miller, his wife Michele and their two children live in Fort Wayne.

Tim is responsible for managing his current commercial loan portfolio while developing new business relationships. His primary areas of focus include real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and family-owned businesses. He is also responsible for managing Salin’s Business Lending team in Indianapolis.
Outside the banking center, Tim keeps active in his community, serving various organizations including Meals on Wheels, The Penrod Society, and Noblesville Youth Baseball.

Brad helps companies in the Fort Wayne and Allen County area secure business loans, in addition to other banking products and services. Before joining the Salin team in 2005, Brad served as a Vice President of Investment Real Estate and Vice President of Commercial Lending for two large regional banks.
Outside the office, Brad is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Josh manages existing loans and develops new lending opportunities for business clients in Fort Wayne and Allen Counties. He analyzes prospective loans and services existing clients’ needs. He is also responsible for strengthening banking relationships with other business solutions such as cash management, online banking, and Salin remote deposit.
When he’s not serving his clients at Salin Bank, Josh serves as a member of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana.
Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.

Salin Bank understands the needs of government, educational and non-profit organizations are far different from those in other sectors. Laura focuses exclusively on those needs. She is responsible for managing bank-wide public fund relationships. Laura works to provide innovative, competitive deposit and cash management solutions structured to meet the unique needs of the financial sector.
Away from the office, Laura is an active volunteer and member of the North Central High School Band Parent Organization and PTO and a member of St. Luke.

Kelley leads the Private Banking team for Salin Bank & Trust Company. Kelley also directly supports Private Banking clients in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She works with her team to provide innovative, competitive products that meet the demands of existing and prospective high net-worth clients. She also helps coordinate the development of new products and acts as a liaison between the bank and private banking clients to ensure the best service and solutions possible. Prior to joining the Salin team, Kelley worked for a large national bank as both a Manager and Sales Manager.
Outside of the office, Kelley readily shares her time and talents with the Zionsville Rotary Club and the Zionsville Relay for Life.

Katie provides the highest level of service to private banking clients to assist them with their borrowing, depository, cash management and investment needs. She specializes in small business and SBA lending. As a cash management expert, she works with her clients to provide the best mix of products and services for their individual needs.
Community involvement is important to Katie, and she serves in a leadership capacity as President of the Rotary Club/Kokomo Early Risers.
Katie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Purdue University. She also holds both her Series 7 and Series 63 License.
