Bill provides strategic and financial leadership for the entire Salin Bank organization. While Bill’s home and office are in Indianapolis, he travels the state visiting with clients and crewmembers. Bill has built his entire career in banking, with progressive responsibilities in leadership roles within banks from Columbus to Lafayette to Fort Wayne to Indianapolis. He remains actively involved with several of Salin Bank’s clients, which helps him keep abreast of the real-world challenges and opportunities of today’s business owners.

Outside of his duties at Salin, Bill serves on the Board of Directors for BehaviorCorp and is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.

Bill holds a degree in Economics from Indiana University.  He also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking.

Gregory Krontiris

Greg oversees the Business Lending, and Trust and Financial Services operations for Salin Bank. His primary areas of focus are profitable asset generation, credit quality, and developing referrals and client opportunities across all lines of business. Prior to joining Salin, Greg worked as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for a large regional bank.

Greg is actively involved in his community, serving in a variety of capacities for the Guardian Home/Care for Kids Foundation, the Indiana Repertory Theatre, and the Indiana Community Business Credit Corporation.

Greg holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ohio State University.

Tim Hogan

Tim leads Salin Bank’s Consumer Banking Division across the state of Indiana, and is also responsible for ensuring operational efficiencies through the management of Salin Bank’s physical properties, deposit operations, and its proof and mail operations. Tim’s broad leadership experience in consumer banking ranges from sales management to systems and operations. Prior to joining Salin Bank, Tim spent many years working in sales and operational leadership roles with a large national bank.

Tim holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Michigan.

Laura Ault

Laura is responsible for the direct leadership and supervision of Salin Bank’s Consumer Banking division, which includes a broad network of 32 community banking centers in six regions across the state of Indiana. In addition to overseeing the customer experience provided at banking center locations and the Bank’s customer service call center, she also manages all marketing functions of the bank. Before joining Salin in 1999, Laura gained experience as a Regional Sales Manager and Credit Card Service Manager for another regional bank.

Away from work, Laura is actively involved with St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and various parent organizations at North Central High School.

Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University.

Stephen Farrell

As Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Steve is responsible for all loan underwriting and the credit quality of the bank’s loan portfolio. Other responsibilities include commercial, consumer and mortgage loan administration and operations.

Outside the office, Steve is actively involved with his community and has served numerous leadership roles with Boy Scouts of America.

Steve has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
