She was a former tax attorney for the Indiana Department of Revenue, Inheritance Tax Division. Ms. Borkowski has served as pro tempore judge for the Marion County Superior Court, Lawrence Township Division. She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations, Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, and the Indiana Bankers Association, where she serves on a special task force to review proposed state legislation for trust and probate statutes. Ms. Borkowski received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from Indiana University. Kate actively volunteers with many organizations including Crestview Elementary School, Indiana State Police Camp, Riley Children's Hospital, Special Olympics and the United Way. She has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Castleton since 1992.

Theresa joined the Salin Bank team after 24 years with a large national bank, where she handled both personal and institutional accounts within the Investment Management Group. In tune with the market, and most importantly with the needs of the client, Katie structures services that are competitive and create operational efficiency and strong cash flow management. Community involvement is important to Katie, and she serves in a leadership capacity as current member and Past President of the Rotary Club/Kokomo Early Risers and serves on the Committee for the Carmel Chamber Arrows Young Professionals. John Roederer E-mail: j.roederer@salin.com Having begun his financial services career in 1974, initially joining the staff of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a federal bank regulator, Mr. Roederer joined Salin Bank and Trust Company in 1999 as the senior investment professional. For more than 30 years, Mr. Roederer has had the opportunity to participate in some of the most sophisticated, often quantitative, techniques that are applied to investment management. Mr. Roederer believes that to control risk and add value to client portfolios, the most advanced, yet proven, ideas must be applied. This is an ever evolving and continuing process. He also oversees the trust group’s operations area. Laura focuses exclusively on those needs. She is responsible for managing bank-wide government, not-for-profit and health care relationships. Laura works to provide innovative, competitive deposit and cash management solutions structured to meet the unique needs of this financial sector. Away from the office, Laura is an active volunteer and member of the North Central High School Band Parent Organization and PTO and a member of the Indianapolis Rotary Club. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University.

As Vice President & Trust Investment Officer, Tom is responsible for setting the overall investment strategy for the trust dept. including asset allocation guidelines, investment research philosophy, and the portfolio construction process. Tom also manages High Net-Worth personal & institutional client relationships. Mr. Milentis earned his BS in Public Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Tim Miller E-mail: t.miller@salin.com Tim Miller has more than a dozen years of commercial banking experience—most recently at National City Bank, where he was a senior vice president, middle-market relationship manager. He served as group leader in Fort Wayne and was responsible for supporting more than 40 middle market clients with more than $100 million in loans. Tim received his undergraduate degree in finance at Wittenberg University (Springfield, Ohio) and received a Masters of Business Administration from Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, Michigan) where he graduated Cum Laude. His community involvement includes work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana and the Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association. He also works to ensure that Salin and its crewmembers remain active members of the community through the giving of their time and talents.
